1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem. Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "change of mind".
2. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control.
3. Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.
