At Panda Perfumes, your happiness matters to us. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something is not quite right, we are here to help.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned or exchanged under the terms below.
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition/seal
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase is required
📍 How to Return
In-store purchases
• Please return your item to our store in person
Online purchases
• Log your return through your account on our website
• Our courier will collect the item once your return is approved
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
• Opened or used products (broken seal or altered condition)
• Gift cards
• Sale/Archive items
• Samples
• Free gifts received with a purchase
🔁 Exchanges
• You may exchange your product for any item of your choice, including gift cards
• If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the balance will be issued as a Panda Perfumes gift card
💳 Refunds
• Original delivery fees are not refundable
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method
• Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after the returned item is received by us
• Your bank/card provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect the funds
🛑 Important
Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products previously returned that are no longer in original condition.
🛍️ Pre-Order Policy
At Panda Perfumes, we offer pre-orders to give our customers early access to exclusive and high-demand fragrance releases.
📦 What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to secure your item in advance before stock officially becomes available. These items are not in stock at the time of purchase and are sourced specifically for confirmed orders.
⏳ Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- Pre-order items are fulfilled once stock is received from the supplier after the official launch date
- Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after the launch date for stock to arrive and be dispatched
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on supplier and courier delays
🚚 Split Shipments
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, Panda Perfumes reserves the right to:
- Dispatch available items first, and
- Send the pre-order item separately once it arrives
This ensures you receive your available products without unnecessary delay.
❌ Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
- All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed
- By completing a pre-order, you agree to reserve stock from our incoming allocation
- As these items are ordered and secured on your behalf, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted
💸 Promotions, Discounts & Pricing
- From time to time, Panda Perfumes may run promotions, flash sales, or discount campaigns
- These offers may apply to specific batches, quantities, or time periods only
- Promotions are not applicable to previous orders and cannot be applied retrospectively
- Pricing may vary between different campaigns, releases, or batches
