Standard Shipping
• Standard shipping is R120
• Free standard shipping on all orders over R2000 South Africa.
• Estimated delivery: 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.
Express Shipping
• Express option wil be made at a later time.
• Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. They can be affected by courier capacity, remote areas, weather, or other events outside our control.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Areas
• We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email or sms with your courier tracking number.
• Use the courier’s website to view real-time delivery updates.
• If tracking does not update after a reasonable time, contact us and we will assist.
Delivery Instructions and Receipt
• You can add specific delivery instructions during checkout.
• Ensure that you or an authorised person is available to receive the parcel.
• If the courier cannot complete delivery, they may reattempt or route the parcel for collection per their policy.
Risk of Loss
• Title and risk pass to you when we hand the parcel to the courier.
• Please verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or missed delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
• If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, report it to us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product.
• If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us so we can open a courier investigation. Resolution times depend on courier processes.
Returns and Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Original delivery fees are not refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.

• Respond to courier contact attempts where required for successful delivery.
